Our silent auction in support of the Good Shepherd Centres and the facilities they operate – Brennan House and Notre Dame House – goes tonight at 5:30 at the Liquid Kitty Lounge, downstairs at Tailgate Charlies, 69 John St. S., Hamilton. There are some great items that have [...] …are in! Miles for Smiles T-Shirts have arrived! Riders are asked to stop by Thoman Soule to pick their shirt up, or else speak to Theresa or Erin at the auction (Thursday night, September 18th, 5:30, Liquid Kitty Lounge – downstairs at Tailgate Charlies). It would be fantastic if all the riders could WEAR their Miles [...] Well, it’s finally here – the 2008 Miles for Smiles commercial promotional video that yours truly has been working on. It is my fondest hope that this video becomes somewhat viral in the Hamilton legal community. I was going to post a picture of the committee sitting down and getting ready to do business, but it occurred to me just as I was setting virtual pen to virtual paper here that you don’t really want to see that…you WANT [...] Exciting news this week! Hamilton’s own Adam Castelli has confirmed that he will attend the Miles for Smiles auction on September 18th, 2008 in the Liquid Kitty lounge (downstairs at Tailgate Charlie’s, 69 John St. Hamilton). Adam has graciously agreed to bring his guitar and perform a set to entertain the lucky auction-goers. We are very [...] We had an organizational meeting for both the auction and ride today. There are some pretty exciting things in the works that I hope to be able to tell you about – once they’re confirmed – very soon. In the meantime, we are pleased to report that sponsorships, and items for the auction are being gathered. [...] Just a quick note to let you all know that members of the organizing committee are now out there actively looking to drum up support for this year’s Miles for Smiles campaign in several ways. Of course, we’re always looking to convince people to come out to the auction (September 18th, it’s a Thursday) and/or [...] …begins with a single step.
